From left to right:

● Twine loop (recommended):
Use the provided twine/string to create a loop on the cork for easier removal. Pull twine through the small holes on each side of the cork to desired length and tie small knots. Avoid pulling the twine all the way out, as it can be difficult to re-thread back in.

● Cork only (no twine):
Not a fan of the twine? You can remove it completely and use just the cork. Keep in mind that pressing the cork in tightly can create an airtight seal, which may make it a bit harder to remove with your fingers/hand.

● Plastic cover only:
You can skip the cork & twine entirely and simply use the plastic cover.

● Simple twine loop:
For a quicker (but less polished) option, pull the twine to your desired length, cut it, and tie a double knot so it rests in the center of the cork, as shown above.
